Insight Web provides technical support services including, but not limited to, printer repair, PC troubleshooting, network solutions, and data recovery. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • We will make every effort to resolve your technical issues, but we cannot guarantee resolution in all cases.
  • Our technicians will follow industry-standard practices and use their best judgment in providing solutions.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any service is performed.

2. Service Appointments

When scheduling a service appointment:

  • You agree to provide accurate information about your technical issue.
  • You or an authorized representative must be present at the scheduled time for on-site services.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

3. Remote Support

For remote support services:

  • You grant our technicians permission to access your device remotely to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for remote support sessions.
  • We will not access or retain any personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss resolution options.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion and will be processed within 10 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Insight Web, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service.
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
